EnFin FAQ

• • Beginning on May 20th, EnFin will no longer allow exceptions for translators to complete welcome calls on behalf of non-English speaking borrowers.
    • EnFin is preparing to launch Spanish language contracts/customer service soon to accommodate Spanish-speaking borrowers.
  • If a customer moves they can either transfer the loan to the new homeowner or they can roll the remaining principal into the home sale
  • Soft credit check when initially applying for credit, hard pull once M2 photos are approved

  • EnFin’s 30 Year Loan Term is only available when used to finance products. All panels financed through EnFin automatically receive a 30 Year Performance Warranty
