How to tell if the system needs a zigbee upgrade?

A zigbee upgrade is in reference to changing old cell kits that run off of 3G to new ones that run on 4G you would be able to tell if an account needs one if when looking at their Solar Edge monitoring application you can see that they stopped communicating with the app after May 31st of 2022 exactly. You should be able to see this if you pull up the monthly production and on may 31st there was a full day and nothing afterward.
