How long does it take to activate system after PTO is granted?

Once PTO is granted for the utility company our activations team will then start the activation process of turning on the system and creating/granting monitoring access for the homeowner.

This process can take from 3-5 BD usually but can take longer if there are complications to the activation of the system. Please refer back to the activations tab in Quickbase to see if any delays are notated.
