Voice Message SOP

This SOP is to show you how to upload a custom voice message to your Zoom phone line. 

1. Record your voice message greeting in a Mp3 or .Wav file and under 10MB.

1. I used the voice recorder from my phone. You can use any voice recorder of your choice.
2. Log into your online Zoom account and click on the “Phone” option then select “Settings”
3. Scroll down to the voicemail section and click to add your audio file.
4. Once uploaded you will select “Use The Audio” to select and close the window.
