We've performed a review and discovered that certain sold Lightreach and Everbright jobs have not been scheduled for Site Survey Assessment (SSA). Did you sell something, but didn't get a chance to call it in and confirm?
If you scored a sales win but didn't confirm the customer is on our calendar, please chat or call in to verify that all your jobs have their Site Survey scheduled ASAP.Here's what you need to do:

Everbright - Utility Bill Required
Utility Bills are now required on all Everbright jobs in order to move through NTP! You should be gathering these already, just make sure you have it ready when calling in to schedule SSA!

EnFin Welcome Call Policy Update
- Beginning on May 20th, EnFin will no longer allow exceptions for translators to complete welcome calls on behalf of non-English speaking borrowers.
- EnFin is preparing to launch Spanish language contracts/customer service soon to accommodate Spanish-speaking borrowers.

Our friends at Enphase have shared some exciting developments - we can add more panels to existing solar customers without jeopardizing their NEM status!

These add-on systems are standalone non-exporting systems, meaning they will support self-consumption and partial or comprehensive backup. Thanks to Enphase technology and newer utility rate options, homeowners can cut down any remaining true-up bills but stay in their original NEM billing status.
