Can insulation be added to the roof work? If so, what kind?

ESP Roofing does not do attic insulation (anything with an R-value), does not install rigid ISO foam insulation sheets underneath the roofing material, and does install reflective insulation (anything that is not R-value but offers a “thermal break”).
