Overview
ESP is legally obligated to only install projects sold by a licensed salesperson. The Contractors State
License Board (CSLB) of California requires all in-home salespeople, including solar sales
representatives, to hold a Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License. ESP will place a hold on any
projects that are entered into the system by a rep with a missing or expired HIS registration.
